 Coast to Coast Short Sales offers the entire
spectrum of services needed to complete the short sales process. Our
services are designed to fit your budget as well as your needs. We
will negotiate with the lender regarding the property that is in
Foreclosure. Remember, not all Short Sales work out.
Simply pay $199.00 for each file you would like for CTCSS to process
and $500.00 exit fee upon receipt of your approval letter from the
lender each time an offer you submit is accepted.
After receiving your approval letter for the short sale offer from
the lender, we will notify you with the GOOD NEWS! At that time, you
will be invoiced for the $500.00 exit fee.
Once your Exit Fee has been processed... it's on to the closing
table. We also assist you with this process. We will deliver all of
the necessary documents to the closing attorney or Title Company of
your choice.
Special introductory offer: 2 for $250. Send 2 short sale deals for
CTCSS to negotiate on your behalf. Deals have to be submitted within
90 days.
Additional Fees that apply per deal:
$500.00 Exit Fee. This fee prepares you for closing. We will work
with any Closing attorney or Title Company. We will make sure all
liens are release from the title. We will delivery all the documents
to your closing attorney or title company of your choice. We will
review the HUD statement to make sure we are in compliance with the
lenders approval letter.
3% commission. We include this fee on the HUD statement when
negotiating with the lender. Our client is not responsible to pay
this fee
